TxFlow L1, the Layer 1 blockchain underpinning a multi-application on-chain financial ecosystem, officially launched Probly today, July 14, 2026. This new prediction market application represents the platform’s second “Channel” and the first built on TxFlow Improvement Protocol 3 (TIP3).
Probly expands TxFlow L1’s offerings beyond its initial application, TxFlow DEX, a central limit order book (CLOB) decentralized exchange for perpetual trading. Its introduction marks a significant step in the blockchain’s evolution into a diverse financial ecosystem.
Probly expands on-chain prediction markets
Probly brings real-time prediction markets to the TxFlow L1 ecosystem. At launch, the platform offers 172 live markets covering more than 7,000 distinct events for participants.
These markets span 15 categories, including politics, sports, crypto, finance, and geopolitical events. It also features continuously rolling markets, some with durations as short as five minutes.
For those tracking cryptocurrency, Probly introduces continuously refreshed five-minute, 15-minute, one-hour, and four-hour experiences. These focus on price movements for major digital assets like BTC, ETH, SOL, and XRP.
Real-time signals and user engagement
The platform’s name, Probly, comes from “probably,” and is inspired by P(A), the mathematical notation for the probability of an event. It aims to transform individual perspectives into live collective signals before events occur.
Each crypto price page includes live data, a real-time countdown, and automatically refreshed rounds. This helps users follow changing expectations as events unfold on the platform.
Accessibility is straightforward: users can access Probly through an email-based embedded wallet without needing to manage a seed phrase. It also supports compatible wallets such as MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, Phantom, and Uniswap Wallet.
TIP3 protocol enables native prediction markets
Probly’s integration is rooted in the TxFlow Improvement Protocol (TIP), the standards framework defining how financial products connect on TxFlow L1. Within this framework, TIP1 supports spot markets and TIP2 facilitates derivatives.
TIP3 specifically establishes the standard for prediction market Channels, allowing them to build on TxFlow L1’s financial foundation. This architectural choice uses DAG-based parallel execution and a multi-threaded processing pipeline for efficient transaction processing.
This design ensures non-conflicting transactions can be processed simultaneously. TxFlow L1 was designed around a structure allowing financial applications to operate on the same purpose-built network.
On-chain settlement advantages
Market activity and settlement records are executed fully on-chain, providing an open and verifiable system. Probly settles directly on TxFlow L1, distinct from platforms that might rely on shared general-purpose networks or centralized off-chain ledgers.
Markets are resolved through designated oracle sources. Automatically resolved price-source markets can settle immediately, with manually adjudicated markets typically settling within 24 to 72 hours.
Following resolution, eligible settlement amounts are credited automatically in USDC without a separate claim step. This creates a direct infrastructure advantage for Probly with its fully on-chain settlement.
Probly enters a competitive prediction market landscape
Probly enters a prediction market category already shaped by platforms such as Polymarket and Kalshi. However, it operates on a different infrastructure model.
Unlike some competitors, Probly operates and settles natively on TxFlow L1, a Layer 1 designed specifically for on-chain financial applications. This brings real-time probability signals, verifiable on-chain records, and automatic USDC settlement into one financial stack.
This approach extends the same architecture used across TxFlow L1 into prediction markets via TIP3. It aims to offer a robust and transparent environment for participants.
Broader implications for TxFlow L1’s ecosystem
The introduction of the Probly prediction market platform significantly advances TxFlow L1’s ambition to become “the blockchain where all finance happens.” Its high-performance capabilities underpin this vision.
TxFlow L1 processes over 250,000 transactions per second (TPS) on-chain, achieving one-block finality with a 200ms finality time. The network has maintained 99.99% uptime since its mainnet launch on March 28, 2026, currently operating at just 5% network load.
This expansion highlights the growing trend of specialized Layer 1 blockchains hosting diverse financial products. Probly’s launch reinforces how standardized protocols and shared infrastructure can foster composability and efficiency in decentralized finance.
