Thailand SEC Drafts Rules for Spot Bitcoin, Ethereum ETFs

Thailand’s Securities and Exchange Commission has released draft regulations to permit spot Bitcoin and Ethereum Exchange-Traded Funds on the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
